Manchester United have been in discussions with a variety of important organisations which could see a brand new name show up from 2021 on the front of the tops.
The Chevrolet bargain, which started in 2014, remains the biggest amount and is worth over # 450m more than seven years.
Industry resources are convinced that a new deal will see United match or even exceed their agreement.
Around a fortnight past, Uniteds executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward made evident the importance of sponsorship earnings to investment.
A United spokesman said on Thursday:Chevrolet is an excellent partner. The sponsorship proceeds to achieve its objectives for both parties and we will continue to function to trigger and maximise it.
The Chevrolet bargain equates to #47m per year and was more than twice the previous sponsorship with AON.
AON sponsors training floor and the United training kit – a bargain which nets the club #17m a year.
